What is Pokémon Go Alolan Geodude Community Day?

This weekend, Pokémon Go players can capture Alolan Geodude for a limited time. This Pokémon is exclusive to the Alola region and has unique moves that make capturing it more challenging.

To celebrate Alolan Geodude Community Day, there are several events you can participate in to earn rewards. The first event is a raid challenge where you have to complete a set of tasks within a specific time limit. Completing this challenge will award you with a bonus item and XP bonuses.

There’s also an egg-hatching event that runs from Friday at 10 p.m. until Monday at 10:59 p.m. This event gives you a chance to hatch an Alolan Geodude egg and receive bonus items for doing so. Finally, there’s a special trade event where you can trade any number of Pokémon between July 12 at 7 p.m. and July 15 at 7 p.m.. Doing this will give you bonus Stardust and Candy.”
