The Arsenal midfielder, Jordan Nobbs, has joined Aston Villa on a permanent deal. Having previously penned a deal to join Villa last summer, the former England international will be hoping to make his mark on the club, and the rest of the league.

Aston Villa have completed the signing of Jordan Nobbs on a permanent deal from Arsenal. The 29-year-old midfielder has signed a contract which will run for 18 months. After spending 12 years with the London club, Nobbs has decided to leave. He will also have an option to extend his stay with Villa.

Before moving to the Gunners, Nobbs played for Sunderland. She helped the Black Cats to the FA Women’s Cup final in 2009. This was a successful season, as the team finished fifth in the league. But the team failed to gain promotion due to the WSL lineup.

As a teenager, Nobbs was selected to the England U-15s. captained the team and scored in a 2-0 victory against Wales. later played in all three matches at the Under-20 World Cup in Germany.

She made her senior international debut at the 2013 Cyprus Cup. She was then named vice-captain of the England side. However, she did not appear in the Euro 2022 squad.

Calum Chambers

Aston Villa have announced the signing of Calum Chambers from Arsenal. The 19-year-old defender has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Midlands side.

Chambers joined Arsenal in July 2014 as a teenager and has since made a total of 122 appearances. He has won the FA Cup and Community Shield with the club. However, he has not established himself as a regular starter at North London.

He has spent time on loan at Middlesbrough and Fulham. He has also played for England under-21s. His move to Aston Villa was unveiled on Thursday.

He will be playing under Steven Gerrard at Villa Park. Gerrard has already brought in Lucas Digne and Philippe Coutinho.

Chambers has been a bit-part player at Arsenal, but he has the versatility to play at full back, centre back or right back. Despite his injury history, he is a good aerial threat.

Lucas Torreira

Torreira has been linked to a move to Italy, with Lazio and Hella Verona both interested in signing him. Despite his impressive performances for Fiorentina, Torreira is not guaranteed a permanent deal.

He has only two years left on his contract. It is believed that Arsenal will look to offload him before he runs out of time. A new midfielder is expected to be signed.

Philippe Coutinho

Philippe Coutinho has finally made his move to Aston Villa permanent. The former Liverpool midfielder joined on a six-month loan from Barcelona at the start of the year and has now signed for a four-year deal.

He has played 16 Premier League matches for the club. He has scored four goals and provided three assists.

Villa paid PS17 million for the Brazilian. Coutinho has a contract that will run until June 2026.

He will earn PS125,000 a week. This is a substantial cut from his wages at Barcelona, where he was paid PS142 million last season. However, the move will give him more opportunities to play in the top-flight.

He will be in a good position to help secure future big-name signings. After all, he has helped Brazil win the Copa America.
