The primary goals of this study are: To define the different types of divorce on how to divorce in Pakistan or get divorce certificate in Pakistan following the marriage of a child To determine the causes of divorce after a marriage of a child To study the implications of divorce following child marriage To better understand the post-divorce coping mechanisms of the divorcees’ family members and the immediate surroundings To provide relevant information to parties (Government at various scales, Village Child Protection Committees and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and others) as a way to avoid child marriage and divorce following child marriage. The report is comprised of 8 chapters.
First and second chapters:
The first and second chapters provide an overview of the research process on how to divorce in Pakistan or get divorce certificate in Pakistan and the methodological approach employed. The third chapter focuses on the study of the literature regarding the child-married and divorce following child marriage on a national and global scale. The fourth, fifth, and sixth chapters discuss divorce and child marriage following child marriage that is prevalent in Sukabumi, Rembang, and West Lombok. in chapter 7, we provide a discussion of the three cases, focusing on the differences and similarities among the three cases. In the final chapter, we end this study report and offer suggestions for participants of the YES I DO program.

This study on how to divorce in Pakistan or get divorce certificate in Pakistan utilized qualitative methods to allow researchers to gather detailed information on the subject of divorce following child marriage, including the reasons and effects of divorce following child marriage. The study was carried out in the three regions that are part of the YES I DO program, which are Sukabumi Regency (West Java), Rembang Regency (Central Java), and West Lombok Regency (West Nusa Tenggara). Focus Of the Study:
The research areas and focus of the study were determined in conjunction with Rutgers WPF Indonesia, Plan Indonesia, Aliansi Remaja Independen (ARI)) and KIT Royal Tropical Institute in the course of a workshop at FISIP, the Universitas Institute of Indonesia, on May 26-28, 2017. The primary data were gathered through in-depth interviews (semi-structured interviews as well as Key Informant Interviews) as well as focus group discussions FGD methods. FGD participants were classified by gender and age. In addition to the two research methods, this study employed the photos voice method. Technique to be one of several techniques employed by Rutgers since 2014.
Interviews in-depth were held with interview guides for study participants to discover their perspectives, opinions, experiences, and views concerning the most important factors that influence and the effects of divorce following child marriage.
